Charlie Hall, CEO of Hall Consulting Services, is one
of 240 Certified Building Service Executives (CBSE) in the United States.

The CBSE designation is a designation awarded by the Building Service Contractors
Association International (BSCAI) that indicates the individual has met
educational requirements, passed a rigorous examination, and ascribes to a
pledge to uphold the professionalism in all aspects of his/her business. Fewer
than 1% of all facility service professionals have achieved this type of
certification. The BSCAI is the IFMA of the building service industry and
represents over 4000 member companies internationally.

Charlie has served on the BSCAI Annual Convention and
Education Planning Committee and has co-created and helped facilitate national and local
training presentations on sales and marketing and basic custodial procedures including daily cleaning and floor maintenance.

As the current President of Hallco Facility Services, founder and former owner of several facilities
service companies, as well as roles in senior management with 3 regional
janitorial service providers, he brings over 35 years of experience as a leader
in business development and marketing, operations, management and quality control in retail,
banking and commercial facilities services.

He attended the University of Louisville and California Coast University earning a BS in Management. Additionally, Charlie attended the American Institute of Banking at Bellarmine University and attained certification in Transactional Analysis I and II.

Charlie is considered an expert in the facility space and has developed a knack for developing individuals, increasing brand awareness, and building strong relationships. His wide range of business experience will give your organization a strong resource from which to draw.
